As you may know, there are always risks of damage during shipping and transportation, especially for oversea shipping. Some of the palettes were totally smashed and became unusable *sob*. But the others only had minor damages such as color cracked, superficial scratches, etc.

Although they arrived in less than perfect condition, they are still awesome because more than 90% of the pans are intact! And for the cracked ones, after being fixed by pressing the eyeshadow back, they still look gorgeous and can last for ages-- you can check out their actual pictures in the relevant entries! Although your palettes will always be posted in perfect condition and protected with generous layers of high quality bubble wrap, things do happen and they may get damaged (rarely, though). We understand your disappointment and we hope to share part of it by a refund up to S$10/palette* on a case by case basis.

Here's how to claim your refund:
- Provide a picture of your damaged palettes on the same day of receipt
- Email the pix and your bank account details to shopping@thespectrumshop.com
- Refund amount will be justified, transferred and informed you as soon as possible

*Term and condition:
- Minor cracks, fall-outs or shatters of eyeshadow and scratches are not covered in our insurance scheme as these are unavoidable during postage and won't affect the usage of the products at all
