Damage insurance procedure
Hi girls,
Although your palettes will always be posted in perfect condition and protected with generous layers of high quality bubble wrap, things do happen and they may get damaged (rarely, though). We understand your disappointment and we hope to share part of it by a refund up to S$10/palette* on a case by case basis.
Here's how to claim your refund:
- Provide a picture of your damaged palettes on the same day of receipt
- Email the pix and your bank account details to shopping@thespectrumshop.com
- Refund amount will be justified, transferred and informed you as soon as possible
*Term and condition:
- Minor cracks, fall-outs or shatters of eyeshadow and scratches are not covered in our insurance scheme as these are unavoidable during postage and won't affect the usage of the products at all
- Refund amount will be fairly considered and decided by the Spectrum shop
